Invitation ECR course_2025.pdf
We invite healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, social workers, psycologists etc.) working at paediatric oncology centres or at paediatric hospitals with a paediatric oncology centre at the hospital in the Nordic countries. The course venue will be in Stockholm, Sweden but teaching/training will be conducted in English/Swedish.
The upcoming course will be the fourth cohort and all centres in Sweden now have a team of facilitators who can offer and facilitate Ethics Case Reflection rounds in the interprofessional team when ethical dilemmas occur in healthcare. We are delighted to share some quotes from the written evaluation of previous facilitator-trainees:
What did you learn the most from? - “From the combination of lecturers and practice in sub-groups”
- “From practicing and comments from the trainers”
What can be improved? - “Make the course one more day”
- “One more meeting, please”
Overall comments - “I would love to come for part III (If there will be any), and that more facilitators are trained so that we can become a larger group”
- “The opportunities have also enriched me in my personal maturity”
